Appointment Information
What to Bring:
Valid photo ID
Confirmation email or booking receipt
Comfortable clothing (for hands-on CPR practice on the floor)
Notebook and pen (optional)
Arrival Time:
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and setup.
Late arrivals may need to reschedule to avoid disrupting the class.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
No-shows will not be refunded.
Health & Safety:
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.
All equipment is sanitized between sessions for your safety.
Certification:
Upon successful completion, students will receive their certification card (digital or physical, depending on course type).
